What Tradorio does

Tradorio is an automated CRM and front-office service for trade businesses. When a call to your business goes unanswered, we send an instant text back to the caller, hold the conversation, capture the job details into your CRM, book appointments onto your calendar, and keep a record of every conversation. We provide the same instant response for web chat and form leads.

Plain-language terms

• No contract. Service is month to month. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee, no lock-in.
• Billing. Service is billed monthly in advance at the rate agreed when you sign up. Founding-client rates stay locked for as long as you remain a customer.
• Setup. We install and configure everything. You keep your phone number and change nothing about how you work.
• Your data is yours. Your customer list and conversation history belong to you. If you leave, we'll hand them over.
• Fair use. The service is for legitimate business communication with your own leads and customers. No spam, no cold blasts.
• No guarantees of specific results. We work to rescue every missed call, but we can't guarantee any particular number of booked jobs or revenue.

Text messaging

Text messages sent through Tradorio include opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the update here. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
